Eagle
A small town that grew up gracefully. Downtown still feels like a main street, and people say hi at the coffee shop.

Living in Eagle
Lifestyle
Room to breathe: bigger lots, foothill views and a lot of evenings outside. Boise is close when you want it, and easy to skip when you don't.
Schools
Mostly West Ada School District, the largest in Idaho, with a small part in the Boise School District. Boundaries follow the address, so check the district's school locator for any home you love.
Dining
Most of the local restaurants and patios are downtown, and new places keep opening as the town grows.
Outdoors
The Boise River Greenbelt, Eagle Island State Park's beach and trails, and the foothills are all close. Golf is a big part of life here, and Bogus Basin's ski runs are about an hour away.
Commute
Downtown Boise is usually 20 to 30 minutes by car, and Boise Airport 25 to 35. Rush hour runs longer.
Who it suits best
People who want space and views, with good restaurants and a real town center close by.
